Mark your calendar for the 47th Annual HSTPA Convention and Awards Banquet at the Waterfront Plaza Hotel in Indianapolis IN.  November 25th, 2017.

Friday November 24th at 7:00 PM there will be a HSTPA Directors meeting, (anyone may attend)

Saturday November 25th at 9:00 AM is the HSTPA full membership meeting. You must be a 2017 HSTPA competing member to be eligible to vote. 

Saturday November 25th at 7:00 PM at the awards banquet HSTPA will crown the 2017 Champions.  The ticket price for the banquet is $32.00 per person, also if you have anything you would like to bring for door prizes please feel free.

Your tickets will be picked up at the door. 

You must have your ticket and ballot form back to the HSTPA office with payment by November 10th.   

You can make your hotel reservations now by calling the Waterfront Hotel at (317) 299-8400. When making reservations, be sure to mention the Hoosier State Tractor Pullers to receive the group rate of $72.00 per night. The cut-off date for the group rate is November 10. Saturday November 25th  at 1:30pm NTPA Tech School

Saturday November 25th  6-7pm social hour,  Awards Banquet Dinner at 7:00 PM
Music will start at 9:00pm for your dancing and listening pleasure.
